After a career change (IT to development), I've gained a deeper understanding and appreciation for the software that runs the world around us. Now, as I make contributions to that same world, I hope people see the same beauty in it that I do.
Spending the past 6 years building my own dreams instead of someone else's has been the most fulfilling and rewarding years of my professional life. I've learned so much from my cofounder, my team, and myself. Building a startup, has been the best teacher I've ever had. Before that, spending years in e-commerce & travel gave me a unique prespective. Mainly, it made me realize that you can't buy the best thing in life...experience.
Sounds like a rocket, doesn't it? Well, it kind of is. You put your sweat (and occasionally tears) into something and then launch it, hoping that you've accounted for everything that could possibly go wrong. Spoiler alert: you never can. That's half the fun.
